#1    POTATO & CHEESE

Ingredients:    flour, eggs, milk, cheese, potatoes,

salt, pepper, corn oil


#2    SAUERKRAUT & MUSHROOMS    

Ingredients:     flour, eggs, milk, sauerkraut,  

mushrooms, potato, onion, salt, pepper, corn oil



#3    SEASONED PORK (catering only)

Ingredients:     flour, eggs, milk, pork meat, onion, salt,  

pepper, corn oil

 DIRECTIONS FOR FROZEN PIEROGI:


  • FILL A LARGE POT WITH WATER ADD SOME SALT AND A FEW DROPS OF OIL AND BRING TO BOIL ON HIGH HEAT.
  • ONCE WATER IS BOILED ADD THE PIEROGI.
  • STIR OCCASIONALLY SO THEY DON’T STICK TOGETHER OR THE BOTTOM OF POT.    PIEROGI WILL START TO FLOAT TO THE TOP.  
  • ONCE ALL PIEROGI ARE FLOATING COOK FOR 8 – 10 MINUTES.


IN THE MEAN TIME FINELY DICE A YELLOW ONION AND SAUTEE WITH OIL IN A PAN UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.



ONCE PIEROGI ARE DONE COOKING, PLACE THEM IN A SERVING BOWL OR PLATE AND MIX TOGETHER WITH THE SAUTEED ONIONS AND OIL FROM THE PAN. THIS WILL PREVENT THEM FROM STICKING.
